How to: Use a data entry form to type data.
Solution:
Select any cell in the list to which to add records. Select 'Form...' from the 'Data' menu. Click 'New' and type the new records. Click 'Close' when finished.
To use a data form to enter data:
1) Select any cell in the list to which to add records.
2) Select the 'Data' menu and select 'Form...'. (A data form appears.)
3) Click 'New'.
4) Type the data for a new record in the appropriate fields.
NOTE: To move to the next field, press TAB. To go back to the previous field, press SHIFT+TAB.
5) Press ENTER to add the record.
6) Repeat steps 4) and 5) for all the records that need to be added.
7) Click 'Close' when finished.
